| As you may know, the Department of Health and Hospitals is launching its Coordinated care network in 2012. DHH has mandated the the Coordinated Care networks (CCNs) contract with school based health centers. Hopefully, you have had some conversations with the five CCNs who have contracts to pay for Medicaid services delivered in Louisiana. The Louisiana Assembly on School Based Health Care has been holding weekly conference calls with the CCNs. Below is a link to a list of the coordinated care networks and their representatives. Please contact them and invite them to visit your school based clinic. Tell them what services you provide. talk to them about their contracts and review the contract with your legal counsel prior to signing any contractual agreements.
